1 bag of Gummy Bears or any gummy candy or hard mint

Food coloring (Optional)
Place one Gummy Bear in each mold of the ice tray. Pour water into the ice tray and freeze. You can add a few drops of food coloring to the water if you like, just remember not to add too much. Otherwise you can't see the special treat inside. Kids love the cool treat inside the ice. This is a great way to get kids to drink a glass of water.
